Debbie Mulhall and Bridget Simenc are the heart and soul behind Say Cheese — two long-time best friends, proud Cleveland natives, and retired teachers who have dedicated their lives to bringing people together.

After decades spent inspiring and serving young minds, Debbie and Bridget turned their shared passion for celebrating life’s moments, spreading laughter, and building community into something delicious — mobile, custom-made charcuterie. Their journey from the classroom to the kitchen is fueled by a simple belief: that every day offers a reason to connect, to serve, and to share joy with others.

With roots deep in servicehood and a love for creating beautiful, memorable experiences, they launched Say Cheese as a way to continue doing what they love most — bringing people together to celebrate the big and small moments that make life special.
